This Black Diamond starter pack will provide you with all the essential pads that you will need to start the restoration process of your floor. The four pads in this set are each made for specific jobs. The 400 grits red pads remove deeper scratches and tougher stains and should be used first in this process. The 800 grit white pads remove smaller scratches and stains, thus continuing the work the red pad has started. Both these pads will lay down a matte finish surface that prepares the floor for the final two pads. Cleaning and polishing are started with the 1500 grit yellow pads, which will start bringing out the initial luster of the floor. The final pass is done with the 3000 grit green pads, which are made to give your floors a high gloss appearance. Since this green pad micro polishes your floor, it is also great for daily cleaning and polishing to help maintain the glossy appearance.
