First time user
Just tried out my new rotary floor buffer. Works as expected. Nearly the entire Inn is hardwood floors so purchasing this unit made more sense than renting. Not so keen on the red buffing pads. They seem to wear pretty fast. Also noticed some swirling after buffing the hardwood floors but could have been the cleaner I used. My routine for the hardwood floors 1) Vacuum, 2) Mop with diluted cleaner, 3) CleanFreak buffing, 4) Mop (yes again before cleaner from buffer dries), 5) coat with Rejuvenate hardwood floor cleaner. I'm anxious to try the white polishing pads to see if that would make a difference after buffing. So far a good product.

Machines work excellent in various uses in concrete surface preparation. Purchased two machines at an excellent price point. Arrived via LTL in great condition. As a professional contractor, I would purchase another machine if needed being that it performs as expected.
