1) We have concrete walkways that we want to paint but they have been sealed with a product that will not accept paint (other than another coat of the same sealer). The installer told us they can be painted if he scratchs the sealer surface with a carbide wheel on a buffer. We want to do it ourselves. Will this product do it? SKU:OCE-71318 Vendor:O'Cedar
