This Malish economy class floor sanding driver can be used with sand paper or screens on a 17 inch floor sanding machine. It is made from a plastic one-piece block and a 3/8" foam pad, with a stamped metal centering device. This lightweight unit is excellent for the rental trade or for infrequent use situations. Comes equipped with a standard style clutch plate.

Excellent product, would buy again.
Ordered this product to hold sanding disks to sand a garage floor. It was easy to attach sanding disk to the driver and seamed to work well. I have only used it once so far so I don't know how durable it will be.

Hi, I have the 17 inch Clark floor swing buffer I do have sanding screens for it but I am confused on how to use them properly. Do I just place them underneath a scrubbing pad and they use it like that or is there a special adapter plate that I need for sanding screens.

The sanding screen cannot be directly attached to a standard pad driver. A spacer pad of some kind (we recommend a whitepad) is necessary to prevent damage to the pad driver or the flooring surface. The white pad serves to hold the sand screen securely in place while you work, and also not allow damage to the floor. Some loading of the screens will occur, so rinsing them out and flipping them over can extend their longevity.
