Product Description

These 120-grit sand screens are a fine-grit sandpaper on a small grid-like sheet. When a urethane-coated floor gets scuffed, a new layer of urethane may need to be put down. The floor needs to be prepared first.

Using a 60-grit sand screen, go over the floor quickly. You do not need to remove a lot of top coating, only brush over briefly. You should not sand down to the wood! Vacuum up all of the dust. Repeat with an 80-grit screen. Vacuum and damp mop up all dust. A floor sanding buffer with vacuum kit should vacuum up most to all fine dust. Follow with this 120-grit sand screen for a real fine finish. This uniform scuff allows the new coating to adhere properly to the floor. Put down urethane coating following product instructions. Attach the screen to any normal floor scrubbing pad to sand.

*Please Note: This product is not recommended for use on epoxy floors.
