Black Diamond has created a line diamond-impregnated pads that can be used to clean and polish your floors without using harsh chemicals. They will bring a high gloss shine to coated floors like concrete, terrazzo, natural stone, marble, and VCT. These concrete resurfacing pads are typically used in a system where you start with a lower grit and work you way up to these 8000 grit pads.
These purple 8000 grit pads are made to be used wet or dry with high speed burnishers that run up to 3,000 RPM. They are made with 100% recycled polyesters and are great for keeping high-traffic areas looking their best. These polishing pads should be rinsed thoroughly between jobs to keep dust and dirt from being worn on the floor and reduce the life of the pad. It is best practice to clean your surface with a dust mop before polishing it with this purple pad. Dust mopping is also recommended afterward to clean up any leftover dust from burnishing.
These Black Diamond pads feature micro diamonds that are made to restore, clean, and polish your floors. The great thing about these diamond pads is that the diamonds do all the hard work without the need for any harsh chemicals or expensive solutions. These diamonds effectively create a floor that resists dirt and wear, while creating slip-resistant surfaces. The pads are built to be used only on one side and should be checked and replaced when the backing starts to show through. Despite this, Black Diamond pads can still last up to 3 times longer than that of traditional pads.
